Dr. James Jesse, DDS

James Jesse, DDS, graduated from Loma Linda University’s acclaimed School of Dentistry in 1973. He has been running a private practice in Colton, California for the past 34 years. In addition to his busy practice, Dr. Jesse has returned to his Alma Mater as an assistant professor teaching applications of the YSGG laser to hundreds of dental students. He is also part time faculty at the Columbia University’s School of Dentistry in New York.

Dr. Jesse completed a two year implant course at Loma Linda University from 1974 to 1976. He has been placing and restoring implants since the early days of blades and now with more current technology, laser or piezosurgery. Bone grafting has also been a large part of Dr. Jesse’s practice over the past 10 years. He is actively placing and lecturing on bone grafting.

Dr. Jesse is an active member of the American Dental Association, the California Dental Association, the International Academy for Dental Facial Esthetics, and the Academy of Operative Dentistry. Dr. Jesse also lectures nationally and internationally, with the Masters of Laser Dentistry group, on various topics including laser application in dentistry and endodontic dentistry. Dr. Jesse continues to explore and advance new techniques in laser treatments.

When he isn’t instructing dental students, colleagues, peers, and other laser dentists about the techniques of many laser dentistry procedures, he is a Special Deputy with the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department. With his long term affiliation with the blood bank he has donated over 36 gallons of platelets and blood. Dr. Jesse enjoys boating, water-skiing, and spending time with his wife and two daughters.

 

Dr. Ron Kaminer, DDS

Dr Ron Kaminer is a 1990 graduate from SUNY at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine.  He maintains two practices, one in Hewlett, NY and one in Oceanside, NY.  Dr Kaminer is an international expert in the field of Dental lasers and has lectured on Lasers and minimally invasive Dentistry nationally and internationally.  He is Director of the Masters of Laser training program in New York, and is a clinical consultant and lecturer for numerous companies, He is also on the advisory board for Whiter Image and Azenic. Dr. Kaminer maintains a teaching appointment at Peninsula General Hospital in Far Rockaway , NY and  is also a clinical instructor with the International College of Laser Education.  He has authored numerous articles on Dental lasers and minimally invasive Dentistry.  He is a member of the Academy of Laser Dentistry, Academy of General Dentistry, International College of Facial Esthetics, and American Dental Association. He lives in Hewlett, NY with is wife Jackie and three children, Josh, Erika and Matt.

 

 

Dr. Scott Parker, DDS

­Since graduating from Loma Linda University School of Dentistry in 1996, Dr. Parker has been committed to providing exceptional restorative care in a progressive, yet conservative manner. He has been a Clinical Instructor for the Northwest Aesthetic Continuum, previously run through the University of Washington, and has lectured internationally on aesthetic procedures, implants, and dental technology. Recognized by his peers for his conservative excellence, as well as his down to earth manner, Dr. Parker’s fun and realistic approach to every day dentistry have made him a highly sought after lecturing clinician. He has studied extensively in the field of comprehensive aesthetic and bonded dentistry, and has completed countless hours of training in advanced cosmetics, function, and dental technology, including lasers, conservative direct veneering, implants, functional reconstruction, and digital technology. Dr. Parker is committed to providing the best options available in dentistry today. He is a member of The Academy of RV Tucker Study Clubs, The American Dental Association, The American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, and the Academy of Laser Dentistry. Dr Parker has published many articles on restorative dentistry and adhesion.

Dr. Marc Geissberger, DDS

­Dr. Marc Geissberger attended the University of the Pacific, School of Dentistry, earning a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 1991. While in dental school he was elected into Omicron Kappa Upsilon and Tau Kappa Omega dental honor societies for scholastic excellence. In 1994 Dr. Geissberger earned a Masters of Arts in Educational Psychology from the University of the Pacific School of Education.

Dr. Geissberger has practiced in Marin, California since 1991. He splits his time equally between his private practice and teaching at University of the Pacific where he currently is Professor and Chair of the Department of Restorative Dentistry at the University of the Pacific, School of Dentistry. He has maintained a faculty appointment continuously since 1991.

Dr. Geissberger has been awarded fellowship in the International College of Dentists, American College of Dentists, and the Pierre Fauchard Academy. He has won several teaching awards and completed a fellowship with the American Dental Education Association’s Leadership Institute. He has served as the President, President-Elect and Vice President of both the Supreme Chapter of Omicron Kappa Upsilon and University of the Pacific’s Alumni Association.

Dr Geissberger teaches several continuing education courses for fellow practitioners. He has presented 200 lectures and hands-on workshops to colleagues in the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, China, Peru and Taiwan. He has co-authored and published numerous scientific papers and a textbook entitled Esthetic Dentistry in Clinical Practice for Wiley-Blackwell. Additionally, he is a Certified Personal Trainer.
